For a limited period, all standard UK paintings are delivered free via tracked delivery. Occasionally, larger works may need bespoke packaging and handling. If so, I’ll be in touch to confirm any additional cost before dispatch.
Every piece is carefully packed and sent ready to hang.
How the Process Works
I want buying my artwork to feel as thoughtful and special as the pieces themselves. Whether a painting has spoken to you deeply or you’re still deciding, this guide explains what to expect — from payment and availability to shipping and delivery.

Artwork is shown as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour or size may occur due to different screens.
These are not considered faults, and minor inconsistencies are not valid grounds for return.
Purchasing 🛒
Payments are securely processed via PayPal or Stripe in British Pounds Sterling using your debit or credit card (you don’t need a PayPal account).
Please note: I do not store or have access to your card details.
For paintings over £500, you can pay in stages — 50% deposit to reserve, balance in one or two monthly payments.
This is not a credit scheme but a trust-based arrangement at no extra cost to you. Usual shipping and return policies apply.

Shipping 🚚
UK Shipping – Free for a Limited Time!
All standard UK orders currently include free shipping for a limited period.
Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch (UK) or within standard international delivery times depending on destination.
Need a specific delivery date? Get in touch.
Rush delivery may incur an additional charge.
International Shipping 🌍
Larger works may occasionally need crating, which is arranged as a bespoke service. If costs turn out to be higher than expected, I’ll confirm before dispatch. If that doesn’t work for you, your purchase will be refunded in full.
Import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer — please check with your local customs authorities.
Wherever possible, I use recycled materials for packaging. Each piece is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Returns 🔄
UK Orders: 14-day Buy-Back if you’re not completely happy. You are responsible for securely packing and returning the artwork using the same service. Once it’s returned in good condition, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Damaged Artwork: Contact me within 7 days with a photo of the damage.
International Orders: Refunds and returns are not available at this time.

Large or Special-Handling Paintings ⚠️
Some larger paintings — whether for the UK or international delivery — may require bespoke packing or crating to ensure they arrive safely.
UK Orders: Shipping is free for a limited time. If a larger piece needs specialist packaging, I will let you know if any additional cost applies — and you’ll always have the option to confirm or cancel your order before dispatch.
International Orders: Shipping costs are quoted individually. I will provide a personalised quote once I know your location and the painting you’re interested in.
This ensures you are fully informed, and there are no surprises regarding packaging or delivery.
