Thank you for your interest in purchasing an original painting by Leilani Jeevaratnam. Every artwork is carefully prepared, securely packed and dispatched with great care to ensure it arrives safely.

Payments are securely processed through PayPal or Stripe in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). You can pay using a debit or credit card, and a PayPal account is not required.
For original paintings priced over £500, a payment plan may be available:
50% deposit to reserve the artwork.
Balance payable in one or two monthly instalments.
This is a trust-based arrangement at no additional cost. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this option.

🚚 UK Delivery
Delivery charges are shown on each individual artwork.
Small and medium paintings include free UK tracked delivery.
Larger paintings include a delivery charge appropriate to their size, as shown on the product page.
Every painting is carefully wrapped, securely packed and dispatched with tracked delivery where applicable. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
🌍 International Shipping
International shipping is available on request.
If you are interested in purchasing a painting from outside the UK, please contact me so I can provide a personalised shipping quote based on your location and the size of the artwork.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
🎨 Artwork
Every effort has been made to represent each painting as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
🔄 Returns
UK Orders
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 14 days of delivery.
The artwork must be returned securely packaged in its original condition. Once safely received, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the artwork and its packaging.
International Orders
Returns are not currently available for international purchases.
